The Tibetan singing bowls have long been used by Buddhist monks to practice meditation. The vibrations of these singing bowls are said to have a positive effect on the body by reducing stress. It does so by harmonising the cells and balancing the body’s energy system. The singing bowls can stimulate the immune system and produce beneficial changes in brain waves. How to use:
To create the soothing sound with a singing bowl, firmly press the accompanying mallet in the circular motion against the bowl’s outer edge or rim. When you start hearing a bright, clear tone, you can slow down the motion.
