All orders will be shipped same or next business days.

Express shipping will be sent the same day as long as the order is in before 2 pm.

Packaging
All orders will be packaged with the utmost care.
Crystals will all be picked intuitively for you.
In the event that your purchase is a gift, please advise us in the notes section, with your personal note. We will remove price tags and gift wrap your item.
Tracking
Once your order is on it's way we will email you a copy of the tracking number that is linked to your parcel.

All of our items are in Australian Dollars AUD

Returns Policy
THE RETURN ADDRESS FOR FULL PRICE ITEMS IS – 360 HIGH ST MAITLAND, NSW 2320. PLEASE READ BELOW FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS & RETURNS FORM.
We are not required to provide an Exchange, Replacement or Refund if you change your mind.
PLEASE NOTE – THAT WE ARE A SMALL TEAM HERE AT PREAH KO. RETURNS ARE PROCESSED ONCE A WEEK.
Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.
To obtain an Exchange or Credit Note
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please Return the item to 360 High St Maitland, NSW 2320.
- For Hygiene purposes there is strictly no return on accessories - this includes Jewellery.
- No returns on soiled, worn or damaged items.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, tags attached.
- The Invoice or receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.
- Sale Items are final, there no exchange or Credit Notes issued on sale items.
- No return on Marked Faulty items - Sold in a known condition.
- All postage costs for returns are at the cost of the customer. Please use a Postage Bag with Tracking ID as we hold no responsibility for items that go missing in the post.
Credit Note Policy
- Credit Note is Valid for six (6) Months from date of issue.
- If Credit Note is lost or Stolen it cannot be reprinted or replaced.
- Credit Note cannot be redeemed for cash.
A Refund will only apply if
- The item has a major problem that would have stopped someone buying the item if they had known about it.
- If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.
- Is significantly different from the sample or description.
- Do not do what they are intended for.
Product Colour Discrepancies & Portrayal
While every effort is made to portray the product colour accurately. Please note that all computer and phone screen settings vary and can affect the way they appear. We cannot be held responsible for any colour discrepancies.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your goods safely and securely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit through our chosen transit company, we cannot accept any responsibility. All complaints are to made directly with the transit company.
Lost Items
We do not accept any responsibility for stolen or misplaced packages once delivered. If your parcel goes missing with Australia Post during transit, open a case with Australia Post & contact Preah Ko. We will get in contact with Australia Post and resolve the issue.
