The Children's Wellbeing Cards have been designed to lovingly encourage children to recognise their seven foundational needs, and bring awareness to those needs in alignment with the chakras.

Each of the 28 cards has an accompanying reading supporting parents to affirm their children's needs in a simple way. By using the cards, children discover words and images to help them express their feelings and come to know that their needs matter, which is vitally important to their wellbeing.
